- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 6 strips bacon strips
- 2 buns burger buns

Combine ground pork, diced onion, flour, egg, 1 tsp salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined—don't overmix.

Form into 4 patties about 3/4-inch thick. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear patties 4 minutes per side without moving until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.
