- 1 lb pizza dough
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 medium onion
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out the 1 lb pizza dough on a floured surface into a thin rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Transfer dough to a baking sheet. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Cook 6 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6 minutes. Remove and crumble, reserving 1 tbsp drippings.

In the same skillet, add 2 sliced onions and cook over medium until soft and golden, about 8 minutes.
