Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs frozen edamame
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper

Bring 1 inch of water to boil in a pot with a steamer basket fitted inside, about 3 minutes.

Add frozen edamame to the steamer basket and cover. Steam until heated through, 5-6 minutes.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add steamed edamame and soy sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat, 1-2 minutes.
