Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 large bell pepper, any color, sliced into strips
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over high heat until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

    Add chicken and cook without stirring for 2 minutes until the bottom edges turn golden.

    Stir and cook 2 more minutes until chicken is nearly cooked through.

    Add bell pepper strips and cook, stirring, for 90 seconds until edges soften.

    Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Toss everything for 30 seconds until glossy.

    Drizzle sesame oil over the top and serve immediately.
