Ingredients

  • 1 lb (about 16 caps) mushrooms, cremini or button
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Remove mushroom stems and scrape out the dark gills with a spoon, leaving a clean hollow cap.

    Mix cream cheese, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

    Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, mounding slightly on top.

    Arrange stuffed caps gill-side up on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle lightly with oil.

    Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until caps are tender and tops are golden brown.
