Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough or breadstick dough, thawed if frozen
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

    Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each into a 6-inch rope, about pencil-thick.

    Place ropes on the prepared sheet spaced 1 inch apart. Brush each with garlic butter.

    Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over all breadsticks. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
