Ingredients

  • 2 chops (about 8 oz total) pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup.

    Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, then arrange on one side of the sheet pan.

    Toss broccoli with 1.5 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on the other side of the pan.

    Rub remaining 1.5 tbsp oil over pork chops, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Roast for 12–14 minutes until pork reaches 145°F at the thickest point and broccoli edges turn golden.
