Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Sear the pork 3 minutes per side without moving until the surface is golden brown.

Add minced garlic to the pan around the pork, then transfer the skillet to a 400°F oven.

Roast for 8–10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F at the thickest point.

Rest the pork 5 minutes, then slice and serve with green salad and cherry tomatoes.
