  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Sear pork 2 minutes per side without moving until a golden crust forms.

    Transfer skillet to a 400°F oven and roast 12–14 minutes until internal temp hits 145°F.
