Ingredients

  • 6 whole large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley and chives, chopped
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until light and frothy, about 1 minute.

    Stir in herbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Heat butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium until foaming, ~60 seconds.

    Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring constantly, ~30 seconds.

    Pour egg mixture into the skillet, stirring gently for 1 minute as edges begin to set.

    Lower heat to medium-low and cook without stirring until edges are set and center jiggle slightly, ~5 minutes.

    Slide frittata onto a plate and cut into wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
