Ingredients
- 6 whole large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley and chives, chopped
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until light and frothy, about 1 minute.

Stir in herbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium until foaming, ~60 seconds.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring constantly, ~30 seconds.
