Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Slice chicken breast into 1/2-inch strips against the grain.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
