Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) tilapia fillets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp, chopped parsley

Pat tilapia dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it foams, about 1 minute.

Sear tilapia 2–3 minutes per side without moving, until golden and cooked through.

Transfer fillets to a plate, then reduce heat to medium and melt remaining 2 tbsp butter.

Add minced garlic to the pan and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then immediately pour over the fish.
