Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Pat pork dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high until foaming, then sear pork 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

    Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

    Melt remaining 2 tbsp butter with garlic in a small bowl, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Brush garlic butter over the pork, then sprinkle with parsley.

    Slice and serve hot.
