Ingredients
- 1 loaf baguette
- 3 cloves garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the 1 baguette diagonally into 1-inch thick slices.

In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil with 0.5 tsp salt. Brush both sides of each bread slice with the oil mixture.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.

While the bread bakes, peel and halve the 3 garlic cloves. After baking, rub the cut side of garlic over the hot toast for a strong garlic flavor.

Sprinkle the 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley over the hot garlic bread and serve immediately.
