Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp furikake

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a skillet over medium. Add butter and let it melt until foamy, about 60 seconds.

  2. 2

Add rice to the skillet and stir constantly to coat with butter, breaking up any clumps.

  3. 3

Pour soy sauce over the rice and toss until every grain is coated, about 30 seconds.

  4. 4

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle furikake generously over the top.

  5. 5

Toss once more so the furikake distributes throughout, then serve immediately.
