  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup cream + 3 tbsp butter heavy cream and butter (for frosting)

    Divide batter into two microwave-safe mugs, filling each halfway.
