Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Cook the 4 bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.

Add the 1 tbsp olive oil and the 2 sliced tomatoes to the same skillet. Cook over medium-high until softened and lightly charred, about 3-4 minutes. Season with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.
