Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (rind removed)
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 8 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

    Add watermelon, lime juice, mint, and sugar to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.

    Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into two glasses, pressing solids gently.

    Fill glasses with ice and stir well.

    Serve immediately with a mint sprig and lime wheel if you have them.
