Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 6 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ tbsp lime or lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

    Add watermelon chunks and mint leaves to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Pour the blended juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract all liquid.

    Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the watermelon juice over the ice.

    Squeeze a touch of lime or lemon juice over each glass if desired. Stir and serve immediately.
