Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- ½ medium white or red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- ½ tsp salt

Dice tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces, collecting juices in a medium bowl.

Finely dice onion and add to the bowl with tomatoes.

Remove jalapeño seeds and membranes, then mince finely and add to bowl.
