Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe mangoes, peeled and diced small
- ¼ whole red onion, minced fine
- 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Cut mangoes in half lengthwise around the pit. Scoop flesh into a bowl and cut into small dice.

Mince red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Add all to the bowl with mango.
