Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe mangoes, peeled and diced small
  • ¼ whole red onion, minced fine
  • 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cut mangoes in half lengthwise around the pit. Scoop flesh into a bowl and cut into small dice.

    Mince red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Add all to the bowl with mango.

    Squeeze lime juice over the mixture. Add salt and stir gently to combine.

    Taste and adjust salt or lime juice. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
