Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 set food coloring (gel, assorted colors)
- 4 layers vanilla cake layers, store-bought (4 layers)
- ¼ cup sprinkles (rainbow)
- ½ cup fresh berries (optional garnish)

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Divide whipped cream into 4 bowls. Add 2-3 drops of gel food coloring to each bowl, one color per bowl. Stir to combine.

Place first cake layer on a cake stand or plate. Spread a thin layer of red whipped cream on top.

Stack second layer on top. Spread with orange whipped cream. Repeat with third layer and yellow cream, fourth layer and purple cream.
