Ingredients

  • 2 cups store-bought cake (any flavor), crumbled
  • ¾ cup frosting (any flavor)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
  • ½ cup sprinkles (rainbow, chocolate, or pearl)
  • 12 count lollipop sticks or wooden skewers

Instructions

    Mix crumbled cake and frosting in a bowl until the mixture holds together like dough.

    Roll the mixture into 12 balls about 1.5 inches wide. Chill in the freezer for 3 minutes.

    Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
