Ingredients
- ½ lb sushi-grade white fish (e.g., sea bass or snapper)
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 medium radish
- ½ medium zucchini
- ½ medium yellow squash
- 2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
