Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 90 seconds.

    Add minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add shrimp in a single layer and sear without stirring for 90 seconds until edges turn pink.

    Flip shrimp, then pour in white wine and remaining 2 tbsp butter, stirring gently for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the top, tossing to coat.
