- 4 pieces lamb chops (8 oz total, 1-inch thick)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Pat lamb chops dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.
