Ingredients
- 2 steaks (6 oz each) filet mignon steaks
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup fried onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Pat the 2 filet mignon steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, until a golden-brown crust forms. Transfer to a plate and let rest while you cook the vegetables.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and the 3 cups broccoli florets. Sauté over medium-high heat until bright green and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
