Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 cups cassava flour (farinha de mandioca)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley or scallions, chopped
- ½ lime lime, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat butter and olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, ~1 minute.

Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and light golden, 45 seconds.

Add cassava flour and stir continuously. It will toast and darken slightly, 4-5 minutes.

When flour is golden-brown and smells deeply nutty, remove from heat.
