Spread 1.5 tablespoons of room-temperature cream cheese evenly across the cut side of each half, using the back of a butter knife to create an even layer. The warmth of the bagel will soften the cream cheese slightly, making it easier to spread.

    Sprinkle 0.25 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese on each half, distributing it evenly.
