Ingredients
- 2 slice bread slices
- 2 slice bacon
- 1 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter

Cook the 2 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate, leaving the fat in the pan.
