- 1 large tomato
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- ½ medium onion
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the 1 (12 inch) pizza crust on a baking sheet. Slice the 1 large tomato into thin rounds and arrange them over the crust, leaving a 1 inch border.

Slice the 1 medium green bell pepper into rings and the 1/2 medium onion into thin rings. Scatter the pepper and onion rings evenly over the tomato slices.

Peel and halve the 2 boiled eggs, then arrange the halves cut-side down on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire pizza.
