Ingredients
- 2 slice bread slices
- 2 strip bacon strips
- 1 large eggs
- 1 slice cheese slices
- ½ medium tomato
- 1 tbsp butter

Toast the 2 bread slices until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes. Set aside.

Cook the 2 bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Crack the 1 egg into the skillet and fry until the white is set and the yolk is still runny, about 3 minutes.

Place the 0.5 tomato (sliced) on the toasted bread, then top with the bacon and the cheese slice. Add the fried egg on top and serve immediately.
