Ingredients

  • 2 slice bread slices
  • 2 strip bacon strips
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 slice cheese slices
  • ½ medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Toast the 2 bread slices until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes. Set aside.

  2. 2

Cook the 2 bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Crack the 1 egg into the skillet and fry until the white is set and the yolk is still runny, about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

Place the 0.5 tomato (sliced) on the toasted bread, then top with the bacon and the cheese slice. Add the fried egg on top and serve immediately.

  5. 5

Optional: season with salt and pepper to taste.
