Ingredients

  • 1 lb dumplings
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 1 lb dumplings and cook according to package directions until they float and are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

    While the dumplings cook, whisk the 1 cup yogurt with 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.

    Drain the cooked dumplings and divide them between two bowls. Spoon the yogurt sauce over the top.
