Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water, stirring until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the onion. In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, onion, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well.
