Ingredients
- 1.5 cups roasted salted pistachios
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- ¾ cup tahini
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Mix melted butter into pistachios until evenly coated. Press firmly into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment.

Refrigerate base for 15 minutes while making filling.

Spread filling smoothly over chilled base. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
