Ingredients
- 4 oz dried tofu sticks
- 4 stalks green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups water

Soak the 4 oz dried tofu sticks in 2 cups warm water until pliable, about 20 minutes. Drain and cut into 2-inch pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the tofu sticks and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the sauce coats the sticks and they start to brown slightly.
