Ingredients
- 2 cups dosa batter
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions
- 1
In a blender, combine 1 cup grated coconut, 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, and 2 tbsp water. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for a spoonable consistency. Season with salt and set aside.
- 2
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/2 cup of dosa batter into the center and quickly spread it outward in a circular motion to form a thin, even layer.
- 3
Drizzle 1 tsp of oil around the edges and cook until the bottom turns golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes. The edges should lift easily with a spatula.
- 4
Fold the dosa in half and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, using 1 tsp oil per dosa.
- 5
Serve the hot dosas with the coconut chutney and a sprinkle of extra coriander leaves.
