Ingredients
- 1 lb large prawns (shelled and deveined)
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles or hokkien noodles
- 6 cups chicken or seafood stock
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger (grated) and garlic (minced, combined)

Bring stock to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
