Ingredients
- 12 oz boneless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- 1.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
