Ingredients
- ½ lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz wheat noodles
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 stalks green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ tsp chili flakes

Cook the 8 oz wheat noodles in boiling water until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, toss the 0.5 lb beef slices with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp ground cumin. Let marinate for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add the beef in a single layer and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.

Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ground cumin, and 0.5 tsp chili flakes. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
