Ingredients

  • 4 cups water (filtered or tap)
  • ½ medium cucumber
  • ½ whole lemon
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Slice cucumber into thin rounds. Cut lemon into thin wheels or half-moons.

    Fill a pitcher or mason jar with water. Add cucumber slices, lemon, and mint leaves.

    Stir gently. Add ice cubes and let sit 2–3 minutes for flavors to infuse.
