Ingredients

  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb squid (calamari), sliced into rings
  • ½ lb white fish fillets (halibut or cod), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 whole limes (juiced)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

  4. 4

Working in batches, fry seafood 2-3 minutes per batch until golden and edges crisp. Transfer to paper towels.

  5. 5

Toss fried seafood with lime juice, cilantro, and chili flakes in a large bowl.
