Ingredients
- ⅓ cup pork lard (or bacon fat)
- 8 oz bread (rye or white, 1-day-old works best)
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (or caraway seeds, optional)
