Ingredients
- 2 chops pork chops (1.5 inches thick, bone-in preferred)
- 6 oz chorizo
- 1 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley (optional)

Remove chops to a plate. Slice chorizo into 1/4-inch rounds and cook in the same skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5
Add minced garlic to the chorizo, stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6
Return pork chops to the skillet. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything. Garnish with herbs if using.
