Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough (1 can, 8 oz)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 16 slices pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles along the perforations.

Place 1 tbsp mozzarella and 2 pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle.

Roll dough tightly from wide end to point; seal by pinching edges closed.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.
