Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (1 can, 8 oz)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 slices pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles along the perforations.

    Place 1 tbsp mozzarella and 2 pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle.

    Roll dough tightly from wide end to point; seal by pinching edges closed.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

    Place rolls seam-side down in skillet; cook 3 minutes until golden brown.

    Flip and cook the other side until golden, ~2 minutes. Cheese should peek out.

    Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
