  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Divide dough into 12 equal pieces, rolling each into a ball.

    Flatten each ball into a 3-inch disk on a work surface.

    Place 2-3 pepperoni slices and 1 tablespoon cheese in the center of each disk.

    Fold dough over filling, pinching edges to seal completely.

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

    Working in two batches, fry rolls seam-side down until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
