Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 8 leaves fresh sage leaves
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, ~90 seconds.

    Add half the gnocchi in a single layer without stirring; cook 3–4 minutes until golden brown underneath.

    Flip gnocchi and cook 2 minutes more until second side crisps, then transfer to a plate.

    Repeat with remaining 2 tbsp butter and gnocchi; return first batch to the skillet.

    Add sage leaves and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then toss gnocchi gently to combine.
