Ingredients
- 3 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1 small green chili, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1 whole lime
- ¼ cup coconut, shredded (unsweetened)
