Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup black olives
- ½ cup total tapenade and pickled peppers

Mix flour with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.5 cup water to form a soft dough. Knead for 2 minutes until smooth.

Divide dough in half. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle, spread 1 tbsp softened butter over it, then fold and roll again into a rough square.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pan-fry each msemen 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Arrange sliced tomatoes, cucumber, olives, tapenade, and pickled peppers on a plate alongside the warm msemen.
