Ingredients
- 4 nests store-bought meringue nests
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- ¾ cup cherry jam or canned cherry compote
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 8 leaves fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Pour cherry jam into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice and warm for 2–3 minutes until pourable. Set aside.

Pour heavy cream into a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip with an electric mixer or whisk until soft peaks form, 2–3 minutes.

Divide whipped cream evenly among the four meringue nests, dolloping gently into the center of each.

Top each nest with a generous handful of fresh mixed berries, distributing them across the whipped cream.
